Terms & Conditions (including Waiver & Client Agreement)

Busra Kazmir, operating under the registered business name Kazmir, registered in the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce KvK: 88034615), with a registered address at Box D8412 Keurenplein 41, 1069CD Amsterdam, The Netherlands (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).

Effective Date: 21 May 2025

By purchasing, booking, or engaging with any services or content, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1.1 “Client” means any individual or business purchasing or engaging with services or content.

1.2 “Services” include all offerings provided by the Company, including coaching sessions, conversational sessions, digital products, memberships, and programs, delivered online or in person.

1.3 “Sessions” include coaching sessions and conversational sessions (such as 1:1 calls or guidance sessions).

1.4 “Digital Products” include audio, meditations, downloads, PDFs, and online materials.

1.5 “Parties” refers to the Company and the Client.


These Terms apply to all services, products, content, and agreements between the Company and the Client.

If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.


All services are provided for educational, inspirational, and personal development purposes only.

The Company is not a licensed medical, psychological, or healthcare provider.

Nothing provided constitutes:

• Medical advice
• Psychological or psychiatric treatment
• Therapy or counseling
• Diagnosis or prevention of any condition
• Legal or financial advice

Services are delivered on a best-effort basis. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes or results.


Services consist of coaching sessions and conversational sessions intended for reflection, perspective, and personal support.

They do not constitute therapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

No specific outcomes are promised or guaranteed. Individual experiences may vary.


You accept full responsibility for your participation, decisions, and outcomes.

You agree:

• To take responsibility for your mental, emotional, and physical well-being
• Not to use services as a substitute for professional care
• To seek professional support where necessary

If you experience mental health concerns, you should consult a licensed professional.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services where professional care is required.


All digital products are delivered electronically.

By purchasing, you acknowledge:

• Access may be immediate
• You waive your right to cancel after access begins, where legally permitted
• You are responsible for downloading and securely storing your files

No guarantee of lifetime or ongoing access is provided unless explicitly stated.


All payments must be completed before access to services or products.

Installment plans may be offered and must be completed as agreed.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in permanent removal of access without refund.


Digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted, unless required by applicable law.

Sessions are non-refundable once scheduled.

Missed sessions or late cancellations may result in loss of the session.

Rescheduling may be offered at the Company’s discretion with sufficient notice.


For digital products with immediate access, you explicitly agree to waive your right to the 14-day withdrawal period in accordance with EU law (Article 6:230p BW).


All content remains the exclusive property of the Company.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

You may not:

• Share, resell, or distribute content
• Upload or reproduce materials
• Use content for commercial purposes

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.


You may not use any content, materials, voice, likeness, or data from the Company for:

• Training artificial intelligence systems
• Data scraping or automated extraction
• Voice cloning or synthetic reproduction

Any such use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.


Session content is treated as confidential.

Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group settings.

The Company may disclose information where required by law or in situations involving serious risk or harm.


To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

• Emotional or psychological responses
• Personal decisions or actions
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of income, business, or opportunities

If liability is established, it is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product.


The Company is not responsible for technical issues including but not limited to:

• Internet connectivity failures
• Platform outages
• Device or software malfunctions

Reasonable efforts may be made to resolve disruptions where possible.


The Company is not responsible for services or disruptions caused by third-party platforms, including payment providers and hosting services.


These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and Content Disclaimer available on the Company’s website.

Services are intended for individuals aged 18 and older.

Minors may only participate with explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian.


The Company may terminate or refuse access to services in cases of:

• Violation of these Terms


The Company is not liable for delays or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.


These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands.

All disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Amsterdam.

By engaging with the Company, international clients agree to this jurisdiction.


The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.


All content provided by the Company, including but not limited to YouTube videos, social media content, meditations, digital products, and other materials, is for informational, educational, and personal development purposes only.

Nothing in this content constitutes or is intended to constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Participation in any content, including guided meditations, exercises, or sessions, is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion and risk.
